New Training!

New for 2009 business solutions @hrc have introduced training in:

• Team Leadership and Management
• Short Training Programmes

CIM Level 3 Introductory Certificate in Marketing

From February 2009 business solutions @hrc are running the new Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 3 Introductory Certificate in Marketing.

Course objectives:

• Understanding marketing processes and requirements
• Understanding customer relationships

Who would benefit?

• Employees in the first stage of their marketing career
• Those looking to understand the marketing process within modern business
• Staff undertaking junior marketing, secretarial or administrative roles
• Event management assistants
• Staff in customer service roles

The 10 week course runs 3 times a year starting in February, April and September 2009.
